**Who we Are****The Role**We are looking for a Commission Analyst - assists in implementing and administering compensation plans, commission payouts, and sales support.**What You'll Do**- Manage all aspects of plan and hierarchy setup required for Sales representatives and Managers within assigned to business units.- Analyze and adjust transactions to ensure accuracy per plan eligibility guidelines- Review and process sales and credit adjustments- Calculate, validate accuracy of, and submit monthly and/or quarterly commission payments to management within specified deadlines- Assist Sales and Finance customers in reconciliation of sales credit and commission as required- Engage with internal customers to research and accurately resolve issues- Implementing and administering compensation plans, commission payouts, and sales support.- Reports- Excel spreadsheets- Compensation changes and associated compensation plans.**What You'll Bring**- BA/BS required- Demonstrated knowledge and use of Excel spreadsheets- Finance Experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Xactly Administrator, implementing monthly/quarterly plans and roster hierarchy- Prior compensation experience- Salesforce experience, building reports, setting up and managing cases**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Finance: 4 years (required)- Excel Advanced skills: 6 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: One location
