This role will serve as the nexus of data analysis, product design, and strategic planning, driving data-informed decisions for product development and enhancement. You will design experiments, analyze data, write reports, and use these insights to perform product management duties. Our team is passionate about and committed to making a positive impact.**Why You Should Join Us**:- **Innovative Environment**: Be part of a team that values creativity and fresh ideas.- **Growth Opportunities**: We believe in nurturing talent and offer paths for advancement.- **Work-Life Balance**: We understand the importance of work-life harmony.- **Competitive Benefits**: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product strategies based on insights derived from data analysis.- Write detailed reports presenting the results of the experiments, data analyses, and their implications on the product strategy.- Use advanced analytics and data visualization tools to create a clear understanding of product performance, user behavior, and market trends.- Transform data-driven insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.- Manage the product life cycle, from conception to launch, based on data insights.- Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for product decisions.- Enable all business units with a custom library of self service reports to help us better understand and serve our clients**Job Requirements**:- 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on product management.- Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.- Advanced proficiency in SQL and understanding of other data analysis tools.- Experience working with large data sets, preferably within the financial or technology sectors: Google Big Query, Google Analytics.- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a simplified manner.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.**Skills**:- Proficiency in modern business intelligence tools and methodologies.- Expertise in data visualization and reporting.- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design.- Experience with A/B testing or other experimental data analysis.- Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems, preferably Git / GitLab.**Education**:- A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field OR equivalent training & work experience.
