All creative work is managed in-house — from design and photography to social media and digital marketing — and we are looking for someone who can help maintain high standards while contributing to future development.About the Role:The **Creative Operations Designer** bridges the gap between design and operations. We are looking for a professional who combines an operational mindset with creative design expertise, thriving equally in structure and creativity. While menu design and production will be your primary responsibility, you will also collaborate on a wide range of creative projects. You'll report directly to the Senior Designer and play a vital role in ensuring brand consistency, project accuracy, and operational efficiency.What You’ll Be Doing:Your daily work will be dynamic, impactful, and integral to the guest experience, including:- **Menu Lifecycle Management**: Owning the entire menu process — layout, updates, formatting, proofing, file preparation for print, and managing deadlines while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment across print, digital, and in-restaurant signage.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Working closely with chefs, marketing, and operations to ensure menu updates are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.- **Operations Support**: Designing localized materials for operational needs (e.g., local events, special offers, farmers’ markets) and assisting with reordering printed collateral.- **Production Management**: Leading production from start to finish — sourcing printers, managing file delivery, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely distribution to restaurant locations.- **System & Trend Management**: Building scalable menu templates, maintaining organized systems for version tracking and approvals, and staying current on design trends in food, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a dedicated professional who offers:- **Experience**: 3-5 years of professional design experience (multi-brand or multi-client experience, especially in hospitality, lifestyle, or CPG, is a plus).- **Education**: Degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience.- **Technical Proficiency**:- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).- Proficiency in After Effects and Lightroom is a plus.- **Design Knowledge**: Expertise in preparing print-ready files (bleeds, color modes, exports), with strong understanding of both print and digital design requirements.Key Qualities We Value:- Highly organized with excellent project tracking skills.- Impeccable attention to detail, particularly with accuracy in menu updates.- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.- Ownership mindset: takes projects from start to finish.- Proactive, self-starter attitude with innovative ideas.- Adaptable and able to balance tight deadlines with high-quality execution.- Enjoys working collaboratively, learning, and growing with the team.Why This Role Matters:Menus are much more than lists — they are sales tools, brand ambassadors, and an essential part of the guest experience.
