Job ID:42289Location:Monterrey : Av David AlfaroPosition Category:Human Resources Position Type:Employee Fixed TermWe are seeking a detail oriented Fixed Term HR Onboarding Specialist to join our Global Onboarding Team - we are a lively bunch of people who are really focused on providing a top notch hiring and onboarding experience to new employees and hiring managers and due our growth plans are now looking to expand our team further.**What will you do?**- Create offer and contracts using the templates available on the share drive. Peer review all manual documents before sending out to the New Hire.- Send and gather the necessary paperwork (forms & documents) required by the country. Review all paperwork received. Contact/chase the New Hires to obtain missing documentation/information and signed forms.- Give support by providing answers to the New Hires queries/concerns they may have during the Onboarding process.
