**About the Role**:The Vehicles team in Mexico plays a crucial role in crafting our Mobility services. This dedicated team is entrusted with crafting and driving a comprehensive strategy that covers the entire lifecycle of our vehicles' supply. Our responsibilities encompass acquiring, onboarding, engaging, and nurturing our vehicle supply to support the Mobility sectorWhat sets this team apart is our outstanding approach to collaboration. We operate seamlessly within our internal ecosystem while also forging positive relationships with a diverse range of external stakeholders. Through these collaborative efforts, we bring innovative vehicle solutions to our valued Drivers, improving their experience and driving the success of our Mobility services.**What You'll Do**:- Lead and empower a 2-4 person team, fostering accountability, goal achievement, collaboration, and professional growth, while aligning with organizational vision and adapting to changes- Live and breathe the Supplier customer journey. You’ll know who the Suppliers are, what they need, and how they can grow. You’ll understand their struggles and strive to tackle them- You’ll work collaboratively with local, regional, and global team members to improve the Product experience for Suppliers- Optimally lead all aspects of your vehicle's incentives budget, strategically allocating resources to drive growth and improve engagement where most impactful- Proficiently operate and coordinate big rental partnerships, actively encouraging their operational excellence and facilitating their growth**What You'll Need**:- Data-first problem solver with sound business judgment and the ability to propose outstanding solutions to sophisticated issues with strong critical thinking- Stellar project management skills. You have proven an impressive ability to lead initiatives at our organization- Possess the capacity to encourage and empower through compelling storytelling, adept at uniting individuals towards shared objectives- Demonstrated experience in close collaboration and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders- Firmly rooted in a collaborative approach, recognizing the potential for enhanced impact through collective effort- The ability to write SQL queries will be considered a plusUber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
