Our goals and ambition have helped us to become one of the emerging leaders in the logistics/importing industry.**What you’ll be doing**:Responsible for coordinating all aspects of air import shipments including:- Preparing documentation, data entry, tracing, billing, arranging deliveries, etc- Closely track and trace all international and domestic cargo movement to meet tight deadlines- Coordinate and report cargo status to customers- Daily communication with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, sales representatives and overseas offices- Assist sales representatives with their warehouse and trucking requests- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Able to manage time well and be self-motivated**Who you are**:- You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience **(**Recent College graduates more than welcome**)**:- Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role- You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel- Your strengths are prioritizing and being capable of working in a fast-paced environment, you have a good sense of urgency and remain paying attention to details.- Advanced English level is a must**Work Schedule**7:00 AM to 4:00 PM/8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Local Time, Monday through Friday**Company Benefits**- Law BenefitsAfter successfully completing a standard 90-day probationary period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
