More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.Principales responsabilidades:- Definición y realización de planes de validación y pruebas para la introducción de nuevos productos y procesos relacionados a la región LATAM, mediante el uso de diversas herramientas y procedimientos (CMB, Control estadístico de procesos, AMEF, Diseño de experimentos, etc.).- Realización de pruebas para análisis de quejas de cliente relacionadas a rechazos de campo en el cuerpo de la tarjeta, así como la elaboración del reporte de retroalimentación al cliente (inglés o español).- Participación en la realización del análisis de falla de campo relacionado con funcionalidad eléctrica de la tarjeta.- Realización, reporte y retroalimentación de pruebas de fiabilidad Latam y/o corporativas relacionadas a las plantas de producción en la Región.- Control de Registros y Documentos relacionados a Validaciones, Fiabilidad y Análisis de Rechazos de Campo.- Participación en el seguimiento de proyectos de validación para la región.- Participación activa en el cumplimiento de los requisitos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y acciones de mejora continua relacionados con las áreas de fiabilidad y documentación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos de su área.- Responsable de la Calibración de los equipos que se utilizan para la realización de pruebas.- Liderar las mejores prácticas en Latam para el aseguramiento de la calidad de Solftware y Hardware, relacionado con tarjetas y lectores.- Soporte y seguimiento al sistema de Documentación SESAM en la región.- Conocer y cumplir con la Política de Seguridad de Thales; aplicar todas las regulaciones de Seguridad corporativas, así como las reglas de seguridad o especificaciones que apliquen a su área de trabajo.**Requisitos**:- Ingeniero Industrial o Ingeniero en Electrónica y Comunicaciones o carrera a fin- 3 años o más de experiência en posición similar- C onocimiento técnico relacionado con los productos de Thales- Conocimiento en las normas: ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO7816, VISA & Master Card C&B - Pay Value Methodologies- Software: Office, Visio, MS Project- Inglés avanzado
