This position needs to achieve Quality Assurance in products and processes to assure prevention mode, eliminate internal failures, implement Quality System to avoid external failures and obtain customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Advanced English bilingual, business conversation Bachelor's degree in engineering field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical) 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, 3 Years Supervision experience required (Supervise 10 Employees) Prior experience in metal mechanic industry Problem Solving, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Core Tools development and implementation. SPC Experience in Leading Teams in Cost Reduction in Cost of Quality. Knowledge of API, ASME, ASTM, ISO standards and GD&T NDE Experience (PT, VT, MT, PMI, Painting and welding inspection) Desired Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to understand P&L / financials Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer 8D Problem Solving Experience in Quality Software Systems Previous experience in Engineering to Order environments Skilled in data analysis and quality KPI performance management ISO : Lead Auditor. Job Responsibilities Coordination of the Quality Control team. Keep the Quality Quest updated with all the information of the NCRs and ensure the correct closing of the report. Administration of the document system for the preparation of the dossier. Generate the inspection plan to ensure the quality of the parts / equipment that arrive / leave the plant. Guarantee the inspection of the materials that arrive from the supplier or that are sent for remote release, as well as coordinate the necessary visits to inspect the supplier site (source Inspection) Ensure the use of the bomb release Checklist according to the corporate format. Validate the quality of the information in the documents delivered by the production department. Coordinate a program of random inspections to evaluate the quality of the processes Review customer specifications to prepare the ITP (Quality Plan). Assure ITP compliance during the project execution. Lead Problem Solution through different techniques to assure Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions are addressed. Build and analyze data coming out from the systems to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives around Quality. Lead multi-functional teams to set the required Corrective Actions. Manage Customer Complaints associated to the projects from Containment action up to Lessons Learned session with customer. Coordinate with Supplier Performance Group (SPG) SQAs the RCA, CA & PA required from supplier warranties. Provide internal trainings as required on Quality topics to different areas. Work with a proactive approach to assure KPIs compliance. Assure safety rules are followed as a moral authority in the shop floor and within the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
