Arquitectura o Ing. Civil- Experiência 5 años en el entorno desarrollo inmobiliario y puestos con liderazgo.**Actividades**:- Coordinar y controlar las actividades, tareas y responsabilidades de todas las áreas involucradas para asegurar el cumplimiento del cronograma del proyecto.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros de los proyectos.- Garantizar la correcta distribución de información y monitorear el correcto avance de los proyectos entre los distintos involucrados.- Elaborar reportes ejecutivos para monitorear el correcto avance del proyecto y posibles desvíos en calidad, tiempo y precio, proponiendo proactivamente acciones correctivas.- Gestionar el proceso de cada etapa de los proyectos a su cargo (Anteproyecto, Pre-construcción, Construcción y Cierre).- Ejecutar la contratación de proveedores y contratistas para los proyectos a su cargo.- Liderear los Residentes de Obra de los proyectos a su cargo.- Concluir la entrega de los proyectos a su cargo, siguiendo el cronograma específico del mismo y documentar lecciones aprendidas.**Software**:- AutoCAD- MS Project- MS Office- NEODATA- REVIT**Soft Skills**:- Liderazgo- Negociación- Resolución de conflictos- Innovación**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base: 35,000 libres- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley- Estabilidad laboralTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
