**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Design and develop thermal control systems, including hardware and software components.- Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to predict system performance.- Develop and implement control algorithms to optimize thermal management.- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate thermal controls into products.- Perform testing and validation of thermal control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to thermal performance.- Document designs, test results, and procedures.Stay updated with the latest advancements in thermal management technologies.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in thermal control system design and development.- Experience with Model-Based Design (MBD) and simulation software.- Experience with control system design and implementation.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Experience with thermal management in Data Center or Mission Critical environments.- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to thermal management.Familiarity with data acquisition and instrumentation.**PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**Various time spent in raised floor/non-raised floor environment so ability to handle fluctuations in temperature and noise (with hearing protection)**TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED**- 10%
