Este rol es esencial para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de nuestras operaciones informáticas, implementar soluciones innovadoras y maximizar el rendimiento de nuestros sistemas.**Responsabilidades Principales**:- **Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de todo el equipo de TI.**:- **Soporte y configuración de SO de PC MAC (IOS) (indispensable)**:- Diseñar e implementar estrategias tecnológicas alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.- Gestionar la infraestructura de TI, incluyendo sistemas, redes y seguridad informática.- Supervisar el mantenimiento y la actualización de hardware y software.- Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera oportuna.- Colaborar con otros departamentos para implementar soluciones tecnológicas que impulsen la eficiencia operativa.**Habilidades y Competencias**:- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.- Capacidad de gestión multitarea.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.- Conocimientos profundos en sistemas operativos y redes.- Actitud proactiva hacia la mejora continua.**Buscamos**:- Grado en Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas o campo relacionado.- Experiência mínima de 3 años en roles similares, con sólidos conocimientos en administración de sistemas, redes y seguridad informática.**Ofrecemos**:- Salario competitivo de $18,000 a $20,000 mensuales libres.- Prestaciones de ley.- Horario de Lunes a Viernes, 09:00 a 19:00.- Trabajo presencial en Zapopan, con oportunidades de crecimiento y beneficios adicionales como cortesías y descuentos en nuestros parques.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
