Our company has been a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law, deploying ethical and powerful generative AI solutions with a flexible, multi-model approach that prioritizes using the best model from today’s top model creators for each individual legal use case.**About the Roles**We’re hiring talented engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems, mentoring others, and building innovative software solutions.**Responsibilities**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine software requirements.- Design and develop system components and data models.- Resolve technical issues and contribute to code reviews.- Translate product needs into scalable software solutions.- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.- Stay current with emerging technologies and development methodologies.**Requirements**:- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 2+ years of professional experience.- Proficiency in.NET (C#) and/or JavaScript.- Experience with Angular or React is a plus.- Proficient in data manipulation and modeling (normalized & dimensional).- Experienced in test-driven development and debugging moderately complex issues.- Knowledge of software methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and industry best practices.- Able to write and review technical specifications and collaborate across teams.- Comfortable working with internal/external tech resources and complex data systems.- Must reside in or near Mexico City and be available for hybrid work**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
