**Job Description**:Our **Associate Director Compliance Officer** will be responsible for designing and pulling through a compliance strategic plan consistent with the Global Corporate Compliance strategy. Will be accountable for all local Compliance matters such as, but not limited to:- Design and maintain updated and well-organized systems and records of management decisions, policies, processes, trainings, assessments, remediation plans, investigations, and enforcement actions. Provide advice and guidance to the business on compliance matters, including interactions and practices with different externals stakeholders.- Actively engage the leadership team in driving the tone from the top in integrity and championing a speak-up and transparent culture.- Fully understand the complex landscape of global risk, reputational risk, local legal and regulatory risk, and local codes and ethics standards as it pertains to and impacts the activities conducted by the organization.- Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify and rank risks to help define prioritization of resources and activities.- Execute robust monitoring plans based on the risk assessment and communicate outcomes and provide root cause analysis.- Ensure allegations of misconduct are timely reported and investigated pursuant to established protocols.- Actively follow compliance trends in the market and regulatory environment including in business practices and evolving compliance-related legislation and engage in local trade and compliance associations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors Degree.- Fluent English and Spanish.- Minimum of 6-7 years working in Compliance.- Experience in pharmaceutical companies.- Must be based in México City as position requires physical in-office presence _at least_ twice a week.Additional InformationIf you are resilient, team player, with good communication skills, and want to join a fast-paced environment, please apply, we’ll be waiting for youAt Biogen we encourage you to be YOU, so diversity is more than welcome**Why Biogen?**Our mission to find therapies for neurological and rare diseases is a unique focus within our industry and this shared purpose is what connects us as a team.
