Client: Our client is multi-national company dedicated to Cybersecurity (team located in Central US time zone)- Technology stack: The primary technology involved is Salesforce Comms Cloud and regular Salesforce- Other integrations: Kantana, DocuSign, Avalara, ServiceNow, NetSuite- Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions as part of a complete migration out of an existing regular Salesforce implementation including multiple integrations.- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, product managers, and developers, to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical architectures- Oversee and ensure the alignment of the Salesforce platform with business goals, security protocols, and best practices- Design solutions that include integration with third-party systems, data migration strategies, and overall cloud ecosystem planning- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles- Conduct architectural reviews, optimize performance, and ensure scalability of solutions- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and capabilities, particularly those related to Communications Cloud- Assist in pre-sales activities, including the creation of technical proposals and solution demonstrations- Requirements: Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with a focus on Communications Cloud (2+ years of Comms Cloud experience, 5+ years in Salesforce)- Salesforce certifications in architecture (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect)- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Communications Cloud, CPQ, and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries)- Expertise in designing and implementing telecom industry solutions on the Salesforce platform, including experience with quote-to-cash, customer lifecycle management, and order management- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools- Nice to have: Salesforce Communications Cloud Consultant certification- Experience working in large, multi-national implementations- Experience with Salesforce migration projects
