This role will involve providing technical support and monitoring production systems to ensure the reliability and efficiency of business operations.- Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner- Provide technical support to business users across teams- Analyze system log files and review dashboards to identify irregularities or issues- Requirements: Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams- Strong spoken English and communication skills- Ability and willingness to work within New York business hours
