Where no two days are the same.**YOUR ROLE**- CAE/FEA simulations development to validate and optimize molds used to produce plastic parts- Design and modification of simulations with Autodesk Moldflow- Mold designs optimization- Quality improvement and cycle times reduction- To validate designs comply with guidelines and rules defined by the client- Design and release of workproducts into PLM system- Suppliers management for product/process qualification (PPAP agreement)- To advice design changes for manufacturabilityManage tooling manufacturing with suppliers to meet requirements**YOUR PROFILE**- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent- 4-6 years of relevant experience- Experience in **3D and 2D design**with CATIA v5 and 6- Experience with **CAE/FEA tools**:- Experience with **Moldflow**:- Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements- Experience with PPAP managing suppliers for automotive products delivery- Experience with DFMEA- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills- Experience in plastic parts design- Experience with PLM SW such as Teamcenter- Experience with wire harness partsExperience with automotive 3D and 2D design guidelines**What You’ll Love About Working Here**- At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
