In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the US Trade Compliance Supervisor, you as a Analyst I, Import Export will be responsible for audit LF import and export shipments based on our internal procedures and training, being in compliance with US Customs laws and regulation according to reasonable care, US Customs regulations.About the job:- Import Side. Audit the importation shipments based on our internal procedures, trainings, according to reasonable care compliance program. Work directly with Customs Brokers to resolve day to day issues that may result on import delays and correspond with foreign vendors to resolve and correct any import discrepancies. Certificates of Origin/USMCA/ECCN request. Inbond process (Northbound).Export Side: Audit exportation shipments based on our internal procedures, trainings, according to Reasonable care compliance program. Work directly with Customs Brokers to resolve day to day issues that may result on export delays and correspond with Suppliers to resolve and correct any export discrepancies. GTS/SAP orders review and release. Provide to our Customers COO and USMCA. Inbond process (Southbound)- Monitor the Customs Compliance and personal mailbox to give support to the internal Littelfuse Users, as well as support customer service staff when customers require special certifications, such as USMCA’s, Origins, HTS, ECCN, and any other Customs requirements, etc.- Support the US Trade Compliance Supervisor and Senior US Trade Compliance Manager on different tasks and projects as: Harmonized tariff code classification. (US, US China Tariff, MX, Europe and Asia). Country of origin determination (Rules of origin): 9801 Qualification Program. USMCA qualification Program. TLCUEM qualification Program.- Other projects.
