DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:This position will be fully based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model, supporting process across SSL (Spanish Speaking Land, Latam) as focal point for reimbursement process and vendor payments, as part of Finance Shared Service Center. This role will report directly to AP Process Excellence Manager.Role Responsibilities:- Supporting employees across SSL with travel and expenses reimbursement process (Concur)- Approving expenses in compliance with DiDi's policy (Concur)- Creating useful material for employees training to optimize current process.- Support tax team with monthly payment reports.- Complete payments process in our ERP (Oracle)- Provide proof of payments when needed.- Vendor invoices approval when needed (as a back up to our SSC team in China)- Support transformation and continuous improvement projects.- Other tasks assigned by AP Process Excellence Manager and SSC TeamRole Qualifications:- Accounting/Finance student in last year-6 months to graduate.- Good oral and written skills in English.- Microsoft softwares (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) intermediate knowledge- Excellent communication skills.- Strong sense of work reponsibilty and urgency.- Proactive and eager to learn and develop.- Knowledge of Oracle and Concur is preferable.EEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
