Company Description**Job Description**:Chromalloy is in search of a diverse IT Analyst at our Mexicali facility. This position is responsible for providing Tier 1 end user customer service as it relates to the support of Microsoft Windows laptops and desktops for remote and onsite users.Chromalloy provides a challenging work environment with an excellent compensation package including benefits, training and opportunity for growth.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Build strong relationships with end users and provide Tier 1 customer service.- Provide end users with technical support and training.- Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows operating systems.- Management of Active Directory and O365 users, computers and mailboxes.- Responsible for deployment of user workstations, including Microsoft Windows operating systems.- Regularly confers with members of the IT Team and users regarding current and prospective system changes and future needs.- Performs any other related duties as assigned by IT Management or business leadership.**Qualifications**:EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Associates Degree in Information Technology or four years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory and networking.- Experience in implementing high availability Microsoft Windows servers in a high-speed network and integrating workstations with Active Directory.- Experience in administration of vmware hosts and virtual machines.- Experience in writing system documentation, system specifications / requirements and training materials.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with remote and onsite users.- Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; detail orientated with high appreciation for excellence and quality.Additional Information**Oportunidades ilimitadas**Chromalloy ofrece asignaciones desafiantes, grandes equipos, desarrollo y capacitación, y emocionantes oportunidades para mejorar sus habilidades, capacidades y conocimientos.Chromalloy mantiene un lugar de trabajo libre de drogas y realiza pruebas de abuso de sustancias y verificaciones de antecedentes previas al empleo.
