**Position**:HR Associate II - Solutions Center - Bilingual (English /Spanish)**What You'll Be Doing**:- Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow's HRIS) and other systems. Confidently assist clients with performing basic self-service transactions. (25%)- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team. (25%)- Continuously suggest process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%)**What We're Looking For**- Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
