The Warehouse Manager role involvesWhat a typical day looks like:- Implement a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff.- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.- Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Advances English- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree- Monitor volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule.- Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.- Monitor condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment.- Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture.- Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.- Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceCP68Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
