Mission Lead the wholesale and regional sales channels in Mexico, including regional retailers and distributors, to ensure profitable growth, strong market coverage, and execution of commercial strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow all wholesale, distribution, and regional retail accounts nationwide. Negotiate annual commercial agreements, terms, and promotional programs. Design and execute tailored strategies to strengthen partnerships and expand coverage. Drive new business development in underserved or emerging regions. Monitor account performance, providing reports and data‑driven recommendations. Ensure profitability by controlling trade investment and maximizing ROI. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to guarantee product availability and on‑time delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). 7–10 years of commercial experience in consumer goods, ideally managing wholesale and regional accounts. Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering profitable growth. Experience in team leadership and people development. Native Spanish and professional English proficiency. Skills and Competencies Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Analytical and financial acumen, with ability to manage P&L. Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution. Team leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
