Trabaja en uno de nuestros cinco avanzados edificios, que incluyen siempre una enfermería, cafetería, transporte, y estaciones de trabajo ergonómicos.Overview of RoleThe Engineer I role will focus on designing modified standard products as part of the product design team. The role also includes support and troubleshooting with our manufacturing teams to meet quality and delivery goals. Team members will work directly with our inside sales team for product requirements for each design.**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:- Responsibilities include interpreting customer requirements, defining design specifications and preparing documentation packages for our manufacturing teams.- Interpret customer provided prints and CAD models.- Create and revise documentation in support of product and process design and development.- Technical support to production, sales, customer service and purchasing.- Work with a team to develop innovative solutions to customer requirements.- Ensure projects are completely in a timely manner.**Qualifications**:- One-year associate degree in design, drafting or engineering.- Demonstrated proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred)- Experience reading engineering drawings is preferred.**Additional success factors**:- Experience is product design highly preferred.- Must be an active contributor to foster a team environment.- Ability to solve routine, simple problems.- Ability to self-manage activities and seek feedback and guidance from others when needed.- Detailed oriented.**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.
