Our people are our greatest asset, and we’ll go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy here.- We want our people to be their true authentic selves at all times, because that’s when real creativity happens.**Financial Business Analyst****(all genders)**- Type of Contract: full time | location: MexicoThe role:The financial business analyst, will be responsible for:- Creating Purchase requisition for POs.- Extracting PR/PO report from SAP.- Liaising with Purchasing officer, checking on the PR status for PO conversion.- Coordinating with Vendor Team - for the status of pending submission in case of urgencies.- Assisting vendor with issues on POs.- Checking and tracking Payment status from SAP.- Managing the Vendors in the system - Extension/block/unblock vendor- Submission of new vendor On-boarding form for Vendors not registered as suppliers in the system.- Coordination and finance support, data collection, review with teams and customers.- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.- Develop models that help with decision-making and participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.What we need to see from you:**Your Experience**+1 year of experience working as a Financial Analyst or related roles.Customer Facing Experience Mandatory.**Your Knowledge**Basic understanding of Accounting and Taxation.Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Basic understanding of SAP System for raising PR/PO.Ability to maintain record with 100% accuracy.**Your Language Skill**Written and verbal English Skill is a must.**Your personality**- Our **_Core Values_** fit your value system- Ability To Work Independently With Minimal Supervision.- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.**If you need more information about SoftwareONE...**... you can check the other channels we're using for communicating news, insights and knowledge.
