That's why at Novartis we empower you to bring your best self; we value your diversity of thought and trust your ability to make things happen.- The main purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at a local (CPO) level. Collects and analyze data to generate insights for Patient Access submissions that jointly create value for customers, patients and Novartis.- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Define and implement the health economics and outcome research (HEOR) strategy in Mexico for the defined pipeline, such as listing approach.- Develop pharmacoeconomics models for the defined pipeline, such as cost-effectiveness, cost-minimization, budget impact, interactive tools in Base Case, burden of disease.- Support pricing strategy for new and in-market brands.- Conduct a variety of economic-related projects (demand projections, macroeconomics and microeconomics narratives, etc.).- Collaborate with regional and global Novartis in the development of HEOR strategies, as well as specific economic-related projects.- Coordinate scientific and non-scientific communication plans and outputs of economic evidence, including peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and value messaging materials.- Participate in key negotiations related to listing and reimbursement procedures.**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum requirements**- Economics or Finance degree- 3 years' experience developing pharmacoeconomics models, supporting pricing strategy and conducting economic-related projects (demand projections, macroeconomics and microeconomics narratives)- Solid understanding of national Healthcare system- English proficiency advanced- Cross-functional collaboration- Strategic mindset / agile learning / strong leadershipWhy Novartis?766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
