**Job Type**:Full Time**Job Location**:Mexico City01.What you’ll do- Control y distribución de cargas de trabajo al equipo asignado para garantizar la entrega oportuna de proyectos.- Proponer y Diseñar procesos internos para mantener la comunicación fluida con otras áreas en colaboración con el Head of Operations y COO.- Cuantificar las horas y recursos técnicos del equipo asignado para el diseño de presupuestos y cotizaciones.- Identificar oportunidades claras de negocio que se pueden potencializar en cada una de las cuentas gestionadas.- Monitorear y cumplir mes a mes los objetivos de facturación y revenue de las cuentas asignadas.- Seguimiento comercial de propuestas y presentaciones ante cliente final en coordinación con el Account Director.- Conocimiento claro de los objetivos totales de facturación y revenue por cuenta.- Definir y asegurar calidad de servicio al cliente (interno y externo).- Planificar e implementar campañas de medios: Análisis, monitoreo y optimización.- Set up, validación y monitoreo de presupuestos asignados por plataforma/medio.- Cumplimiento de KPI’s y deadlines con proyectos vigentes y propuestas.- Supervisar el trabajo del equipo a cargo.- Ejecutar trabajos operativos específicos que requieran un nível de conocimiento superior.02.What you’ll bring- Estudios Universitarios asociados a Mercadotecnia, deseable con Maestría.- Conocimiento general sobre estrategias de marketing de branding y performance.- Conocimiento experto (a nível técnico y estratégico) en el manejo de Google Ads o DBM o Social Ads (al menos 4 años de experiência) y certificación vigente.- Conocimiento experto sobre Adservers como Tradedoubler o Doubleclick o Sizmec, otros.- Conocimiento experto (a nível técnico y estratégico) en el manejo de Comsocre, Adjin y otras plataformas para la planeación de medios.- Conocimientos generales sobre ecosistema Doubleclick y Herramientas de Analítica Web (Google Analytic, Adobe Analytics, otro).- Conocimiento general de otras de estrategias orientadas en marketing digital (content, SEO, ATL, BTL, OOH, etc).03.What you’ll get- Sueldo competitivo.- Agradable ambiente de trabajo.- Esquema 100% sueldos y salarios.- Prestaciones de Ley y superiores.- Seguro de Gastos médicos menores y mayores.- 10 free days desde el primer año.- Pago de Utilidades PTU de acuerdo a la utilidad generada y a los logros de la organización- Días de home office.- Zona de trabajo: CDMX Col.
