Role Overview The Enterprise Performance Management Architect is responsible for leading the design and implementation of comprehensive Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of EPM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure that client solutions meet business objectives and drive growth. Partner with clients to define business requirements, technical design, and implementation roadmaps to deliver scalable and maintainable EPM environments. Lead the configuration, data integration, and workflow development within EPM systems to meet client needs and ensure adherence to best practices and solution governance. Mentor junior consultants and serve as a subject matter expert within the firm to contribute to its growth in the EPM space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop internal methodologies, templates, and accelerators for EPM delivery and contribute to business development efforts, including scoping, solution design, and proposal support. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in EPM consulting, with at least 3 years focused on EPM design and delivery. Deep understanding of EPM architecture, data integration, workflows, and extensibility framework. Strong finance and accounting acumen, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Experience leading implementation teams or serving as a solution lead. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
