Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. With our team, you will dive into swaths of fascinating products with vastly different objectives and technical stacks.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee all aspects of vendor relationships, including access control, onboarding, agreement management, and financial management.- Coordinate with full-time employees on escalations, resourcing, vendor portfolio management, project allocation, and onboarding of new projects.- Headcount for PSS's entire organization, research headcount requests and responsible for carrying out the headcount strategy.-- Lead initiatives, such as Return of Investment analysis and execution, in partnership with vendors.-- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to processes and support decision-making.
