**Disaster Recovery Analyst****Profile**- Minimum 3+ years of expertise in disaster recovery or IT infrastructure roles.- Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms and on-premises infrastructure disaster recovery strategies (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware), ensuring seamless recovery across hybrid environments.- Hands-on experience with backup and recovery tools such as Druva, Zerto, AWS Backup Service, and similar technologies.- Fluent in English (verbal and written).- Hybrid work schedule (combination of remote and on-site work).**Functions****Planning & Execution**- Design, document, and maintain disaster recovery strategies for cloud and on-premises systems.- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure.- Develop recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) aligned with business requirements.**Testing & Validation**- Schedule and document execution of DR drills and failover tests for hybrid environments.- Analyze and document test results, implementing improvements as needed.**Cloud & On-Premises Expertise**- Document detailed DR solutions and plans for cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).- Document and validate replication and backup strategies for virtualized and physical servers.**Compliance & Documentation**- Maintain DR documentation, including runbooks, diagrams, and recovery procedures.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NYDFS500, FFIEC, GDPR, ISO 22301).- Collaborate with auditors, prepare, consolidate, and provide evidence of DR readiness.**Collaboration & Support**- Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to align DR strategies with organizational goals.Provide training and awareness sessions for stakeholders.- Document and validate integration between cloud services and on-premises systems for seamless failover.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $25,001.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresExperiência:- disaster recovery or IT infrastructure roles: 3 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 64634, Valle de San Jerónimo, N.
