About the job Power Platform Support Consultant This role would support implementation activities on the provisioning of environments, supporting ALM process using DevOps technologies, and performing ongoing support and platform maintenance. The consultant will be part of a team that handles platform support and governance within a bank. They will use their experience and knowledge of Power Platform to support ALM processes and troubleshoot issues. Technical Skills Expertise in working with Power Apps, Power Automate. Experience in developing both Canvas and Model Driven Apps. Experience with installation and configuration of data gateways. Functional Skills Administration of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio through the Power Platform admin center. Responsible for assigning data loss prevention (DLP) policies, managing access based on groups, and monitoring capacity and licensing. Troubleshooting any issues in existing applications in conjunction with Power Platform developer teams. Making data available to makers through connectors, integration, or migration. Security Skills Knowledge of effective security strategies to include roles, field/record level security and correct entity scoping, integrating with Entra ID / Azure AD as required for user access on business applications. Knowledge of Dynamics standard applications (CRM, PSA, Customer Service, Marketing). Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Experience 3 Years. Work Hours 5 days a week, outside business hours, over weekends. Technology Knowledge MS O365. Responsibilities Understand the Privilege Model for Environments via AD Groups, Roles, etc. Create Environments and Configure Security and Privilege Model using AD Groups. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / DevOps Obtain ServiceNow Release Management Approval for UAT Code Promotion. Configure Environment Setup for UAT Code Promotion. Execute Code Promotion to UAT. Obtain ServiceNow Release Management Approval for PROD Code Promotion. Configure Environment Setup for PROD Code Promotion. Execute Code Promotion to PROD. Setup Azure Application Insights for Application Monitoring. Troubleshoot and Resolve Code Promotion Issues. Ongoing Support and Platform Maintenance Monitor Power Platform Capacity, Utilization and Access. Troubleshoot and Resolve Application / Solution Code Issues. Troubleshoot and Resolve Environment Issues. Troubleshoot and Resolve Platform Issues. Monitor and Enforce Security Policies and DLP Policies. Administer and Manage the Power Platform Governance Toolkit. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues with Azure DevOps Pipelines. Maintain Power Platform Environments (PPEs). Monitor the Default Environment for any Unauthorized Solutions. Remove any Unauthorized Solutions from the Default Environment. Monitor the Tenant Capacity Consumption in IST, UAT, and PROD. Monitor Tenant Capacity (Database, File, and Log) per Environment. Purchase Licenses to Obtain Additional Environment Capacity. Capacity Planning for On-Premise Data Gateways - Shared Infrastructure. Capacity Planning for On-Premise Data Gateways - LOB Dedicated Infrastructure. Monitoring of Power Platform Service & On-Premise Data Gateways. #J-18808-Ljbffr
