Job Summary The Commercial Finance Manager is a critical role responsible for ensuring full control and effective investment of trade funds. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial finance, trade marketing, and financial analysis. Job Description Ensure strict control of trade investments, with full visibility by channel, retail environment, and customer, including monthly reporting, variance analysis, and corrective action plans. Lead analysis to recommend and support the commercial team in managing, reducing, and optimizing trade spend resources. Ensure accurate deflator accrual management, monitoring balances against trade investment activities, and highlighting risks / opportunities. Follow up accruals and reverses according to the trade investment planning. Provide monthly reporting to review credit notes versus deflator accruals. Validate and approve all support for new initiatives of Trade Investment to ensure consistency between documentation and investment objectives. Ensure that all settlements have the proper support and customer reconciliation before approving discounts. Monitor Deflator accounts closely in partnership with Accounting and AR to guarantee proper reconciliation, compliance, and closure. Review and calculate ROI & post mortem analysis for top trade investment initiatives, to drive business learnings. Act as guardian of Trade Spend governance, ensuring policies, internal controls, and audit readiness are in place, aligned with multinational FMCG best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineer. Commercial experience, Trade Marketing experience, Finance and accounting principles knowledge. Administrative or Finance Degree. At least 5 Years of experience in Finance. At least 2 years of experience Sales Controller. Fluent English Conversation and Written Communication. Strong change management capabilities. High self-motivations skills. Energetic, Tenacious.
