Maintenance Planner/scheduler

**The Role**:We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to be based in the company's offshore platform. We are entrepreneurial, fast- moving, and motivated by a desire to change the way that energy and electricity are delivered around the world. We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced individual with shared beliefs and passion to come and help drive the journey.As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for**What you will do**:- Oversee development of maintenance plans, strategies, procedures, etc.- Participate in negotiation of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) with Siemen’s, Baker Hughes, etc.- Develop strategy for spare parts inventory & storage- Ensure Integrated activity scheduling & Resource levelling of maintenance jobs along with campaign shutdowns, equipment overhauls, shutdowns & Minor Pits jobs- Prepare and publish the Area Maintenance Look Ahead schedules and facilitate Look Ahead and Daily Planning meetings- Ensure maintenance the schedule is consistent, completed according to plan and is in accordance with corrective maintenance priority settings- Ensure continuity by maintaining a shutdown schedule for any outstanding corrective maintenance work- Ensure that the Area Maintenance execution backlogs are continuously monitored and maintained at agreed minimum level**What you bring**:- Available to work a 28/28 rotation schedule- 7+ years of experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo, SAP, IFS)- Experience with LNG or Hydrocarbon processing facility- Bilingual (Spanish)- Working knowledge of the Primavera Planning / scheduling software is also essential for this position.- Skilled in preparation of Look-ahead plans of various types and scheduling techniques.- Knowledge & understanding of various process equipment’s and its components- Skilled in Coaching and CommunicationNew Fortress Energy, a liquefied natural gas (LNG) company, was founded in 2014 with the belief that access to affordable, reliable, cleaner energy is not a privilege, but a human right.
