Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAs the Value Stream & Operational Excellence Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Operations and GMS (Global Manufacturing Systems) teams, and you will play a crucial role in developing and executing operations and continues improvement initiatives that align with the Tijuana Site business objectives. You will lead the Service Value Stream and GMS local team reporting in solid line to the General Manager and supporting the GMS Corporate function. Hence, this role requires broad experience from various disciplines of Operations combined with a strong knowledge of lean practices to drive business improvements. You will be an active part of the Site Management team and active member of the Global GMS Forum**In summary, you will be responsible for the following**:- Staff leadership including; development, motivation, regular appraisal, and salary review- Coordination with stakeholders and customers in various part of organization. Maintaining and extending networks within, across and external to organizational boundaries- Ensure production plan realization in accordance with KPI’s and strategy by overseeing all activities in area of responsibility, contributing to Global OPS performance- Ensure competences of the direct reports and fosters the growth and development of the next level talent and leadership.- Drives engagement within his team and displays a collaborative and teamwork approach to create ONE team- Supervises the Preparation of Reports on Production- Responsible for Lean activities and continuous improvement of area trough Kaizen, 5s- Active participation in strategic activities connected with transfers, acquisition and installation of capital equipment, expansion and optimization of processes- Build and sustain continuous improvement programs such as 5S Audits, PSP, Daily Management, Kaizen IdeasExperiência y requisitosAdditional qualifications required for this role are the following:- Engineering degree- Master’s Degree within Engineering, Supply Chain or Business- Work experience in Medical Devices as Operations and/or OPEX Manager- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.- Lean Manufacturing Certification- Effective organizational and communications - Fully bilingual (English as a second language)- Strong Stakeholder managementBeneficios- seguro de vida- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- uniforme- gimnasio- seguro de gastos médicos- Beneficios superiores a la ley- Dia por cumpleaños**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Lun a Juev 7am a 5:20 pm Viernes 7-3pm**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
