Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Handle complex queries (Level 3) raised by third party vendors, interacting with Vendors & colleagues in Divisions to effectively resolve queries. Lower complexity queries (Levels 1 & 2) would be handled by Global Hub. A comprehensive approach is needed to resolve such queries, aided by P2P Process expertise, Query handling experience, able to perform root cause/ remedials with a clear documentation & a flair for communication. The idea is to be able to reduce the overall volume of queries, over a period of time.**This position reports to**:Finance Delivery Manager - AP**Your responsibilities**:- Resolve Level 3 vendor queries in a comprehensive manner, using global tools (eg SNOW)- Add value by handling higher complexity queries (e.g., Business/Vendor Escalations, Potential legal actions due to not paid invoices, delivery/service stops, language dependent queries)- Have periodical interactions with Divisions/ Vendors and address escalations.- Collaboration with Global Hub to assess eligible queries are allocated to COE, improve process to receive complex queries at COE directly.- Review queries allocated to COE by Global Hub to assess if these are really complex ones entailing COE involvement & if it is not, interact with Hub and streamline the process.- Ensure preventive measures based on root cause analysis in order to avoid reoccurrence of issues in future.- Meet agreed KPIs, be aware of extent of KPI fulfilment.- Work on process improvements and automations, aligning with the Global Hub (Continuous improvement)**Your background**:- Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related.- Minimum of 3 to 4 years operational P2P experience, including at least 2 years hands on in Query handling.- Proficiency in regional languages (eg German, Italian, French, Polish, etc)- A proven team player, in a similar or a higher sized team in the past.- Ability to coach/ guide analysts in their day to day working.- Expertise in the end-to-end P2P Process, involving SAP & Workflow tools.- A working knowledge in platforms such as SAP, Readsoft, Basware, etc.**More about us**:
