This role will be responsible for providing product guidance to Founders in our Product and Studios divisions. Products are all business-to-business (B2) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.**Responsibilities**:- Document and manage Product Specification- Approve Product Workflows and UX Design- Interface with the client on a regular basis to ensure alignment between development and product strategy- Perform regular Backlog Prioritization and Grooming- Document and Define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria- Solve Impediments (in coordination with BA/PM) to prevent issues from blocking progress on development- Lead UAT efforts to ensure high-quality product delivery**Requirements**:- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager- Experience working with an agile product team- Proficient in the ability to analyze business or technical problems to guide software development- Effective at communicating with business analysts, design, and engineering teams- Proven history of quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to perform product demonstrations- Experience with analyzing data and customer feedback to draw conclusions and create narrative- Capable of prioritizing work based on strategy and goals and understanding of impact in the market- Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously- Experience with backlog management- Comfortable working with remote team members**Benefits**- Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)- Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)- Eight Days of vacation per year, with prior approval from your manager, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Cell Phone Reimbursement- Transportation Allowance
