We act courageously and are uniquely positioned to be a source of stability in a world of evolving healthcare needs.Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.We do so via:Access - Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance;Leadership - Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; andPartnership - Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Marketing Coordinator role will make an impact:The Marketing Coordinator is responsible of execution and follow up of the omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with the life cycle and specific objectives of each pain portfolio brands.Work together in coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a flawless implementation:Internal stakeholders: Medical, Marketing colleagues, Finance, Training, FF Effectiveness, Business Intelligence, Commercial, Field Force, Supply, Regulatory, global leads, Center Of Excellence (COE) and Top Management.External stakeholders: HCPs, KOLs, medical associations, institutions, private hospitals, distributers, pharmacy chains, support agencies (Creative, design, printing, digital, PR, meeting planners, etc.).Key responsibilities for this role include:- Data analysis (DDD, PMM, Analyzer/Close Up).- Accountable of the execution of the advertising and promotion budget (A&P / DME).- Development of promotional materials to HCPs and general audience.- Accountable of execution process of detail aids, promotional materials and sampling processes.- Master of internal processes (Finance, procurement, legal, medical, regulatory, medical, compliance, etc.)- Development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies.- Demand analysis and follow up to assure supply and stock (Sales and sampling).- Public Relationships with medical societies and KOLs.- Facilitate the coordination of the participation on National and International congresses.- Support of a Product Launch Process.The basic qualifications for this role are:Training and Education- Bachelor on Marketing, Engineer or similar.- Specialty on Marketing, Digital or similar (preferred).- Diplomats or marketing certified courses (preferred).Prior Experience- Experience of minimum of 2 years in Pharma Industry or similarTechnical Competencies- Spanish and English fluent business communication.- MS Office Advanced (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)- TEAMS Advanced- MS Outlook Advanced- Veeva Advanced- SAP (Preferentially)Behavioral Competencies- Development of Collaborative Networks- Assertive Communication & Active Listening- Customer centricity- Omnichannel orientation- Results orientation- People agility- Self-Learning- Accountability- Change agility- Resilience- Quantitative and qualitative analysis- Negotiation- LeadershipAt Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
