Scroll down to learn more about the position’s responsibilities and requirements.We are looking for an IT Help Desk to join our engineering team and work closely with the Operations/Product team.You will be a perfect fit if you have an IT support background, hands-on experience in resolving user problems, and your career path is focused on growing towards a SysOps role.To succeed in this position, you should have analytical problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, and be proactive.**Responsibilities**:- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical requests and tickets.- Define procedures and identify and suggest possible improvements to the existing ones.- Maintain technical documentation and provide information when needed.- Manage user roles and permissions, focusing on security.- Manage the lifecycle of users ensuring traceability- Collaborate with infrastructure automation tasks.**Requirements**:- Working experience as an IT Help Desk.- Comfortable with ticketing systems.- Comfortable with documenting processes.- Basic Linux knowledge.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $16,195.00 - $19,492.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro dental- Trabajar desde casaHorario:- Horario flexible- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Linux: 1 año (Deseable)- help desk: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- ingles fluido (Deseable)
