We are Gates***:**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: _Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below._Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and reporting solutions.- Provide troubleshooting of dashboards, reports and data issues.- Provide ongoing Tableau administration and user support.- Assist with software patching and upgrades in Tableau.- Provide training to business users globally.Work in a fast-paced environment, under mínimal supervision**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology (Computer Science or related field/MCA) and at least five years' experience providing developing BI solutions.***- At least 5+ years of experience developing BI solutions- Tableau: 3+ years of hands-on experience minimum (most recent experience should be with version 2021+)- Database: 5+ years of experience using Oracle, SQL Server and/or Teradata (Teradata preferred)*****Required Skills**:- Strong Tableau desktop and server experience - **This is a must **(most recent experience should be with version 2021+)- Strong SQL skill and ability to use them to understand the data to provide business reporting and analytic solutions- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skill and proven track record using them to provide solutions- Strong interpersonal skills and global acumen necessary to work as a part of a global and diverse team- Working knowledge of RDBMS systems (Teradata, Oracle and/or SQL Server Teradata would be plus)- Proven experience developing BI reporting and analytic solutions.- Understanding of IT architectures, particularly related to Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Master Data Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Financial Planning & Consolidation- Ability to engage both business and technical teams and build relationships and promote solutions- Ability to promote standards through effective communication while fostering successful outcomes- Excellent oral and written communication skills, a teamwork-centric work style, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational skills- Understanding of supply chain management processes and relevant experience in manufacturing companies nice to have**Bonus Skills**:- IBM Business Analytics (Cognos) and/or Microsoft Power BI knowledge will be a plus- ETL Informatica or like tool knowledge will be a plusLI-MC
