We are committed to attracting and retaining the most talented people.**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:Serve as a strategic liaison between the Information Technology (IT) department and various business units, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both business and technology processes, as well as strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive initiatives that create value for the company.**EXPERIENCE**- B. Sc. degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, IT stakeholder management, or similar roles- Solid project management experience (mandatory)- Experience or familiarity with IT projects, ideally involving SAP- PMP certification is a plus- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required- Willingness and ability to commute to the workplace located in Cuajimalpa, Estado de México**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders- Gather and translate business requirements into functional IT specifications- Coordinate and follow up on IT projects- Support change management and the adoption of new systems**POSITION OFFERING**:As a family-owned company, caring for our associates is a top priority.
