Patients are waiting.**We are searching for the best talent for Data Scientist II to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mx.****Purpose**:- Uses analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data to perform analysis. Develop data-driven solutions explicitly tailored toward the needs of the organization. Understand the business problem statement and identify data sources required for modelling.- Perform multiple forms of advanced analyses.- Build, test, validate and launch advanced learning algorithms via rigorous test/control experimentation.- Manipulate data to create new features that could increase the accuracy of an algorithm.- Translate analytics insights into visualization and actionable business and product decisions.**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Uses analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data to perform analysis.- Develop data-driven solutions explicitly tailored toward the needs of the organization.- Understand the business problem statement and identify data sources required for modelling.- Perform multiple forms of advanced analyses.- Build, test, validate and launch advanced learning algorithms via rigorous test/control experimentation.- Manipulate data to create new features that could increase the accuracy of an algorithm. Translate analytics insights into visualization and actionable business and product decisions.- Made the proper questions to understand the business cases or problems.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.- Performs other duties assigned as business needed.In addition to previous position responsibilities, this position:- Collect data from multiple data sources.- Perform exploratory Data Analysis generating, analyzing, and identifying trends and patterns from information and insights data sets to find answers to specific questions.- Ensures that data pipelines are scalable, repeatable, and secure, and can serve multiple users within the company.- Use statistical tools, software, algorithms, and automated processes that cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large data sets from multiple sources.- Communicate project related issues or opportunities to next management level.- Collaborate with Data Science team and developers to make sure that all data solutions are consistent and adjust based on feedback.- Prepare reports for project team as a result of Data Science projects.- Applies descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics in model development and assessment.- Enhance data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems.- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.**Qualifications / Requirements**:- 1+ years with degree in related field.- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.- 1-3 years of professional experience in a highly regulated industry.- Advanced English level.
