**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVES**:*Responsable de Administrar la Organización Industrial. Participa en el Establecimiento de los Objetivos y Estrategias que determinarán el rumbo de la Organización.*Elabora, Negocia y Administra los Objetivos y Presupuestos de la Empresa, así como las Estrategias y Planes de acción para cumplir esos Objetivos. Valida y Autoriza los Procedimientos Estándares de Operación (SOP) de la Empresa.*Determina y Ejecuta de las Políticas Administrativas de la Organización a través de Gerentes subordinados.*Asegura la Óptima Operación de los Departamentos de la Empresa como son: Producción, Calidad, Finanzas, Materiales, Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, Recursos Humanos, etc.*Responsable de Seleccionar, Capacitar, Motivar, Desarrollar y actuar como Facilitador de su Staff. Responsable de fomentar y mantener armonía Interdepartamental.Representa a la Empresa en Asociaciones Industriales, Comerciales ó de Servicio para desarrollar una aceptación de la misma, así como detectar situaciones ó tendencias que puedan afectar a la EmpresaFormula, negocia y gestiona los objetivos y presupuestos de la organización, así como el estrategias y Planes de Acción para alcanzar dichos Objetivos.
