Overview
AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across 17+ industries. The role is for a Python/React Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support key business operations, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health of production systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools to support business needs.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
Must Haves
- Extensive experience with Python and React programming – 3+ years overall.
- Proficiency in writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills for supporting operational needs.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in e-commerce environments; understanding of e-commerce systems, workflows, and technologies.
