Infosys is seeking ServiceNow Developer Sr for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, FSO, HRSD, and related modules. The role requires close partnership and collaboration with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts. Responsibilities Work on complex ServiceNow ITSM deployments (including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge modules), HRSD, CSM, FSM or FSO and integrations aligned to industry best practices. Translate functional and technical requirements into implementation work packages. Sit and work at a computer for extended periods; communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Required Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in development, scripting, configuration, validation, and deployment. At least 8 years of experience implementing any ServiceNow module: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, FSM, etc. At least 4 years of experience capturing requirements, documenting, and mapping current business processes. Working knowledge of ServiceNow application development and REST API integrations with third‑party applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in business terms. Experience working in a multi‑vendor development environment. Cross‑functional collaboration and voluntary information sharing. Experience with the ServiceNow platform for global customers. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, FSM, FSO, CSM, or any other module.
