**Summary**:The Accounting Manager manages the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.**Responsibilities**:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:- Month and end-year process- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)- Accounts Receivable- General ledger activity- Treasury, budgeting, etc- Cash forecasting- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis- Capital assets reconciliations- Trust account statement reconciliations- Fixed asset activity- Debt activity- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements- A/R support on outstanding balances- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.- Supports the annual internal and external audits- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy- Meet financial accounting objectives- P&L flux analysis and analytics of all financials- Review responsibilities and mentoring/growing a team**What are we looking for?****Required**:- Master's Degree- Desirable- 3-5 years of experience**Specialized knowledge**- General Accounting, Accounts Receivables, US GAAP, Invoicing, Revenue**Language Level**:- Advanced English**Computational Level**:- Windows, Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP Systems like Accumatica, Oracle, SAP**What can Seguros Confie offer you?**- Engaging and supportive work environment.
