**Salesforce Developer Sr - Remote, MTY**:We are looking for a **Salesforce Developer Sr** with at least **4-5 years of experience**, participating in large-scale transformation projects for global clients, developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions.This role focuses on **Salesforce development, configuration, and customization**, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.- Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs.- Develop components using **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript**.- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and solution optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results.- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).**Technical Skills Required**:- Strong experience in **Salesforce Development (4+ years)**.- Hands-on expertise in **Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript**.- Experience in **code debugging and solution analysis**.- Familiarity with **integrations, Git, and CI/CD** (nice to have).- Excellent communication skills in **English and Spanish**.**Qualifications**:- **Bachelor’s degree** in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).- Salesforce certifications such as:- **Platform App Builder**- **Platform Developer I**- (Other Salesforce certifications are a plus)- Minimum **4 years of hands-on experience** in Salesforce Development.- **Advanced English (C1)** - required for client interaction.**Location & Schedule**:- **Remote - Mexico (based in Monterrey preferred)**- Monday to Friday, **09:00 - 18:00 hrs****Benefits**:- **Competitive Salary** (no cap)- **10% grocery coupons**- **IPB Bonus**- **7 additional paid holidays**- Paid leave (graduation, marriage, bereavement, illness, paternity)- **Medical insurance**- **Life insurance
