Job OverviewMexico Operations Reps are responsible for day-to-day operations for customer accounts and growing these accounts by developing relationships with our customer contacts, planners, and facilities. Reps possess a deep understanding of customers’ commitments, contractual agreements, and expectations and adhere to them to successfully grow the accounts.Essential Functions- Understand commitments, policies, contracted rates, accessorial schedules, fuel schedules, vendor agreements, KPIs and challenges for each account.- Comprehend and execute growth strategy and actively work to reach goals for each account.- Develop strong relationships with all customer contacts and facilities.- Accept, build, and schedule all customer shipments, including all pertinent information and documentation.- Manage daily load board and take responsibility for ensuring that loads are serviced properly.- Build and maintain respectful relationships with carrier department.- Ensure loads are tracked and updated in a timely manner.- Identify and communicate (potential) problems to the appropriate parties and provide solutions.- Possess understanding of the market and provide or facilitate pricing.- Update and resolve incidents regularly; manage accessorials objectively while maximizing profit.Do Well, Be Well- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverage- Mental and Nutritional health resources- Over $2 million invested annually in professional growth and development tools- Free access to LinkedIn Learning to grow in your profession and gain new skills- 15 Paid Time Off days first year- Home office bonus- 3 paid Community Service Days annually- Employee´s lead Cultural Inclusive Teams- Casual Office dress code- Pet friendly Office- Important Notice to US Applicants:_- Coyote is an at-will employer.
