Estamos buscando un Cloud Support Engineer altamente capacitado para unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento y ayudar a nuestros clientes a aprovechar al máximo nuestras soluciones basadas en la nube.**Requirements**:- Carrera en Sistemas- Conocimiento y habilidades en sistemas operativos, redes, hardware y software.- Manejo de DNS, Certificados SSL y administración de recursos Cloud- Experiência en Administración de Microsoft 365- Experiência en Administración de Endpoints- Inglés Lectura y Conversación- Análisis y procesamiento de información.- Resolución de problemas.- Habilidad en sistemas operativos- Trabajo en equipo.- Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo.- Lealtad y compañerismo.**Responsibilities**:- Administración de equipos Cloud- Soporte a usuarios referente a Infraestructura.- Preparación y configuración de equipos.- Soporte a clientes en temas de infraestructura- Corregir y verificar problemas de software, instalar y configurar.- Revisiones periódicas a equipos en home office
