**Senior WebLogic Admin JOB-32872****Roles and Responsabilities**:- Manage Applications performance and disk usage.- Work with development teams to plan and promote changes to production.- Coordinate and manage patching and other policies while adhering to company-wide policies.- Ability to work closely with System Administrators and Product Owners for continuing support of Server Applications.**Must Haves**:- Extensive experience working with WebLogic Server, Administration, Installation, Configuration, and Monitoring- Strong knowledge of WLST scripts, Unix scripting, and automation.- Experience in Installation, Configuration, and Administration of Web Servers ( Tomcat, Apache, and Oracle HTTP Server ( OHS)- Experience in finding Memory Leaks and adjusting the JVM Heap Sizes and GC Parameters.- Experience in Investigating and resolving performance issues by analyzing thread dump, GC values, and heap dump- Experience with configuring SSL: 1-way SSL and 2-way SSL configuration.- Extensive working experience in clustering, performance tuning(JVM options, Load Runner), load balancing, connection pool, multi pool, JMS message Queue, and Monitoring- Basic knowledge of Unix and Windows, and IBM AIX (is a PLUS)- Experience with monitoring tools such: as Site Scope, Splunk, and AppDynamics, Dynatrace. - Knowledge of configuring Active Directory Authenticators (Azure).- Knowledge of various protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS and SOAP- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate information in a timely and accurate manner.Advanced English**Nice to Have**:- Knowledge in Node Manager Configuration remotely managed server start and stop, SSL communication between admin server and node manager.- Experienced in installing Certificates on various Web Servers and BEA WebLogic Application ServerPlatforms and SSL.R**equirements & Notes**This talent must be senior in the following skills to be able to do his daily activities:2.
