Account Administrator

Active, engaged, forward thinking.- Ensure customer expectations are addressed in a timely manner.- Take care of and anticipate your assigned accounts needs.- Provide direct customer support for specified key accounts.- Obtain sales forecasts and facilitate supply agreements/annual P.O.’s for specified key accounts.- Assist Business Development with specified Sales activities.- Participate in Customer Meetings and Audits as required.- Participate in Trade Shows and Customer Visits as required.- Be well versed in the ordering patterns of your assigned accounts including:- Part Numbers- Volumes- Unit Prices- List Prices- Gross Profit Margins- Annual Revenue- Global Revenue for corporate accounts- Contract Terms- Binder Information- Notify the Director of Business Development of any abnormalities in buying patterns.- Prepare and maintain a binder for each of your assigned accounts according to the provided template.- Directly manage technical calls with our customers.- Directly manage customer visits of our facilities.- Directly manage quarterly business reviews with our top customers under your ownership.- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.- To be fully versed in all aspects of the current contract for their assigned accounts.- Receive, review and enter into record customer specifications, assuring proper review and approval by production, QA and other appropriate personnel.- Assist in the drafting of documentation (MMD’s, SOP’s, etc.) as appropriate.- May perform other job related duties as assigned.- May be assigned to any Scantibodies location for any period of time.**Requirements**:- High School diploma or equivalent required.- Minimum five (5) years of customer support experience in a related field- Proficient with Microsoft Office products- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills- Travel as required- Valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance and must maintain clean driving recordTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedorTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
