Experience with user story writing, use case diagram development, wireframe and design analysis, business/ecommerce/SaaS application analysis, and backlog management. Ability to understand and transform technical concepts into non-technical terms that are understandable by business and customer stakeholders and teams. Demonstrated leadership potential to effectively work across multiple teams, business units, and stakeholders. Deadline‑conscious, results‑driven, and high‑performing in a high‑intensity environment. Acute attention to detail, the ability to analyze complex systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational communication skills; must be able to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as clearly document software for these audiences. Demonstrated people skills; must be able to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and skill sets, remote teams in various time zones, and enjoy constructive conflict. Technical prowess – you don’t need to code, but you shouldn’t be afraid of diving into technical issues. An appreciation and passion for well‑designed solutions.
